Who doesn’t love a small town Christmas? Tonight our little town of Adairsville is having its parade and celebrations downtown. You still have time to get down here and see the parade at 6 p.m. It’s worth it just to see the beautiful Christmas decorations. It’s a little chilly so dress warmly.

Three of the ornaments were gifted to me by other cross stitchers. The pig is in honor of my mother who collected pigs. I botched the bookstore ornament. It’s for my son who loves to read. The others mean something to me. I hope you are having a great holiday season!
Have you ridden in a horse drawn carriage? We had the opportunity to do so at the Jingle Mingle in Gainesville, Ga. It added a special touch to the holiday celebration!
We will drive hundreds of miles to see beautiful Christmas lights. Last year, we didn’t have to travel very far for a memorable holiday experience. If you’ve not visited Barnsley Resort at Christmas, put it on your list. The entire resort is decorated for the holidays but the main attraction is the Manor House Ruins and Gardens. It located just outside of Adairsville. Check their calendar before you go.
Happy Sunday! I made my Christmas wreath yesterday. Scroll to the next picture for my inspiration. I paid less than half for that and I have supplies left over to make a table centerpiece.
